Calling all young artists
The ResiROCKS Hoodie Competition is back for 2026, and this year we’re celebrating the power of belonging.
This year, we’re inviting all young people currently living in Residential Care, or supported by a Residential Care agency in Victoria, to help us honour the incredible work of Residential Carers once again—by designing the next iconic ResiROCKS hoodie.
✨ Your challenge: Create a design that responds to the theme “belonging”.
What does belonging feel like? Look like? Mean to you? How do support workers help create spaces where young people feel safe, valued, and connected?
We can’t wait to see how you bring this theme to life through your creativity.
Why Enter?
- Your artwork could be presented to Residential Care workers from all over Victoria at ResiROCKS 2026.
- Those workers love these hoodies and they wear them all year long.
- You’ll help celebrate the theme “Belonging” and show what it means to you.
- The winning artist or group receives a $500 gift card and a hoodie printed with their design.
- It’s a chance to express yourself, share your story, and have your creativity recognised.
Things you need to know
- Your design must be your own original work and use no more than four colours.
- No AI‑generated images — digital tools are fine, but the creativity must be yours.
- Designs must be suitable for printing on a hoodie and submitted as a JPG, PNG or PDF.
- No copyrighted characters, personal photos, or identifying details of young people or workers.
- Individual and group entries will be accepted this year - this might be a project that you can brainstorm and contribute to as a household.
- All entries must be submitted by a Supporting Worker on your behalf.

Entries close 27 April 2026
Winner notified late April/early May and invited to review the final print-ready design
The winning design will be revealed on 6 August 2026 at ResiROCKS!
